What the source explains
The guidelines describe management commitment and employee participation, worksite analysis, hazard prevention and control, training, and recordkeeping with programme evaluation. Their value is in the connections: information from workers informs controls, while records show what needs further attention. These are US recommendations and should not be presented as a substitute for Indian legal requirements. Each hospital needs arrangements suited to its own activities and staffing.
Using this reading in your hospital
Create a five-row review table and put evidence against each component. For training, list who still needs induction. For evaluation, record what the latest incident review actually changed. Empty rows are useful because they identify the next work to resource.
