How Nagpur IMA Safety handles membership, hospital submissions and emergency response records.
Membership and hospital submissions
Joining enquiries and member applications are stored privately in the project's Supabase database. Authorized coordinators review identity, IMA membership, hospital details and the applicable response area. Providing a phone number does not automatically enrol it in emergency alerts.
Approved hospital listings publish the hospital name, address, location, entrance instructions, sources and any specifically supplied public contact. Private response numbers and membership records are available only through authorized access.
Government-doctor enrolment
Government-doctor requests store your institution, service category, designation, department, posting locality, medical registration, stated IMA status, interests and contact preferences privately. These details stay private after review and are accessible to authorised coordinators for the relevant response area and administrators. An application does not subscribe you to emergency alerts or create a public profile. Use the project contact below to request a correction or withdrawal, quoting your request reference.
Paid security applications
Security applications store your contact details, locality, chosen role, experience, training, availability and optional monthly pay expectation privately. Administrators and authorised coordinators for your area use these details for selection and follow-up. Applications stay private after review. Quote your application reference to request a correction or withdrawal.
Reports of past assaults
The Inform us form stores the reporter’s contact details, location, account of the incident, action taken and support requested privately. Administrators and the responsible zone coordinator can review the report and record follow-up. Reports remain private, are not automatically verified, and do not trigger live SOS calls. A background notification email contains the report reference and a sign-in link, not the incident account. Quote the reference when requesting corrections or removal.
Private safety incident register
Approved IMA members and authorised staff can submit a person’s name, incident account, date, supporting reference and optional authorised photo for committee review. New records, corrections, photo changes and withdrawals require review. Approved records are visible to eligible members; pending revisions remain restricted to their submitter and authorised reviewers. Photos and records are stored privately and are not included in public pages, search results or offline caches. Review history is retained for accountability. Committee approval does not establish guilt. Quote the record reference when requesting a correction or removal using the contact below.
Emergency information
An SOS may include your hospital, callback number, location and incident description. Configured messaging and calling providers receive the information needed to deliver the alert to the approved response roster. Your interface shows whether the channels are available and distinguishes provider acceptance from confirmed delivery.
Incident records, response updates and evidence are restricted to authorized participants and coordinators. Do not include patient records or unrelated personal information in emergency descriptions or attachments.
Sign-in and device storage
Sign-in uses secure session cookies. Theme and language preferences may be saved on your device. The installed app caches public reading pages and selected public images; it does not cache account information, API responses or private incident records.
The SOS recorder starts only when you tap Record. Audio stays in device memory until you confirm sending. Submitted recordings are encrypted in the database and made available to the calling provider through an expiring link. Unsent server drafts expire after one day and submitted audio after seven days; expired audio is removed by the scheduled worker. Your recorded message is played to the selected recipients; calls are not recorded. The separate Dictate text option uses your browser’s speech service. You can type instead. Maps and directions use third-party map services when opened.
Corrections and removal requests
Contact NagpurIMAsafety@hopehospital.com to request a correction, withdraw alert consent, or ask about deletion of information. The committee reviews requests against its operational and record-keeping responsibilities.

Doctor-protection survey and signatures
Local campaign participation is stored privately for committee review. This includes contact and medical-registration details, survey answers and any typed endorsement. Signing and optional sharing with MedScapeIndia have separate consent. Nothing is automatically published, sent to an external campaign or added to emergency-call lists. Grouped survey summaries must exclude individual identities. For correction or withdrawal, contact NagpurIMAsafety@hopehospital.com with the receipt reference; the committee verifies the request before changing the record.
Source documents, photographs and publisher websites remain in their original language. Directory names and addresses are retained as published.
